The Oakland Greens look forward to seeing you at the second of this year’s “Free Dinner & Movie Discussion Night” series with MC and producer Vicente Cruz on the “Last Sundays” of every month from January through October.  February 23rd will screen the movie “Hotel Rwanda” (2004) — a film based on the Rwandan genocide staring Don Cheadle and Sophie Okonedo, as hotelier Paul Rusesabagina and his wife Tatiana. The movie explores genocide, political corruption, and the repercussions of violence.  As usual, the door at the It’s Your Move Games and Hobbies store located at 4920 Telegraph Avenue in the city’s Temescal District, will open at 6:30 p.m., a free dinner will be served at 7:00 p.m., and the movie will start promptly at 7:30 p.m.  Although a $20 donation is suggested, no donation is ever too big or small, and, as always, no one will be turned away for lack of funds.
