Cuba in Transition: What will happen after normalization of relations with the USA?
Cuba is very interesting right now, especially regarding the question of the hour, “What will happen in Cuba after normalization of relations with the USA?”
Laura Wells, former Green Party candidate for State Controller and Governor, has returned from a recent 10-day tour of Cuba. She will present her observations on that question and others, such as:
“What are Cuba’s strengths in these times?”
“What can we learn about leadership, from the Castros, and from Latin America in general?”
“Why do so many people want to go to Cuba, and to keep going back?”
For blog posts during and after her trip, see http://laurawells.org/ and scroll down to see recent titles on Cuba and other subjects.
